Tim was truly an amazing asset during my first home buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the process of finding the perfect multi family property for my sister and I. He really guided us through with excellent communication and kept our goal of making a sound investment at the forefront. He had helpful resources for financing to compare rates that ended up saving us a considerable amount.
