I could not have asked for a better agent to walk us through not only selling our house, but also finding a new house to buy. Courtney's knowledge of our neighborhood and market trends were spot on! She listened to our needs and was always available to answer our questions. Courtney's recommdation to get a pre-inspection was extremely valuable. Courtney helped me find a rental house in Austin that met my specific lifestyle needs, such as proximity to work, shops, and nature walks. She's got an adaptive approach for example I needed remote assistance to view properties as I was moving from FL to TX; she has skill with video showings, sharing quality photos, and following up actively on phone call. She's a solid negotiator and assisted in making an offer to owner plus counter offer with adjustments to lease that fit my comfort level. She's also experienced in buying properties; we discussed neighborhoods and property styles at a time when I was transitioning from renting to buying a property in TX. Mabely helped us move from Colorado to Round Rock, Texas, and she was an incredible, friendly, kind, and understanding realtor. My family highly recommends Jen Baker for your real estate needs. I met Jen when she assisted my in-laws with an available property in Hays County in 2020. Although they didn't end up utilizing her services as they found another home and went another direction...her professionalism, kindness, and very accommodating personality was something I truly remembered. We were not in the market to buy or sell our home in 2020. But when the market shifted in 2021, we saw the opportunity to sell and purchase another home. Jen was an amazing listing agent as she sold our property at a remarkable price and pace. She hired an amazing professional photographer, helped with home staging, provided recommendations on home listing preparations, thoroughly advertised the property, and held an open house. I couldn't have asked for more! As a buyer's agent she performed with haste to ensure we were able to find our dream property. I was first introduced to Lynne by a nephew approximately three years ago. At that time I was looking for an investment property in cities south of Austin, Tx. I gave Lynne my specifications and price range. We corresponded by remote since we lived in different states. Over several weeks, Lynne showed me several homes but none met my specifications or price range. I gave up hope of ever finding a suitable property but Lynne did not. She continued looking and would send me new listings every two months or so. In November 2024, Lynne found a property that met my specifications. The property was under construction with a completion date in late March 2025. My wife and I decided to buy the property. After making the down payment, Lynne contacted the developer as our agent, and visited the site monthly and sent us pictures of the progress of construction. When the construction was almost complete, Lynne contacted the Concierge of the developer and arranged to participate in the first walkthrough on our behalf. My wife and I traveled to Austin, Texas, for the second walkthrough and the closing. It was then that we met Lynne for the first time. It was like meeting an old friend. After closing, Lynne introduced us to property management company which is now managing the property for us. Lynne’s consciousness and professionalism made the otherwise cumbersome and tedious process of purchasing an investment property out of state easy, painless, less costly and less time consuming. There are not enough nice words that I could use to describe Laura and my experience with her. I was a first time home seller and I didn’t know anything that selling a home would entail.
