He’s knowledgeable with how the market is and helped ask all the questions that we were not sure to ask about. And then was kind enough to explain it to us in layman’s terms!😊 All I can say the home buying process was made so much easier with his guidance and reassurance, if I ever decide to sell and buy again I know the man to go to for the job! 😉

We have participated in several real estate transactions throughout the years, and this has been by far the best experience! Laura was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. She was quickly responsive to our questions/concerns, had an excellent understanding of the current real estate market and especially the Buda area. She researched the comps and we listed the home at what we agreed was a fair price. It sold very close to asking price and closed within a month. She was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process, from our initial phone discussion to the final closing, even checking afterwards to make sure we received the funds. Her several years of experience definitely showed. She was able to refer tradespeople in the area for the few items we needed done. If we ever need a real estate agent in her area again, she is the only person we would contact!

This is our second time working with Laura-this time in the selling of our home. In a buyer's market, we knew we had our work cut out for us. Laura gave us her professional opinion on certain items to take care of before going on the market (buyers are picky!!) We checked off everything she suggested, we priced the home according to the CURRENT market, and we were under contract in about 3 weeks. Joe was well aware of the market place, both from the older homes in the market, as well as the new houses we would compete with across the area. He advised that retrofitting the older home to compete w/ the new builds, while expensive up front, but would increase the sales price, and more important, the way the home was viewed in the market place, with more traffic. Zillow posted that this listing would be in the top 5% of homes receiving an offer. We had 5 showings the first 2 days, received an offer over the asking price, and had interest from a second buyer whose chose to not get into a competitive situation. We closed less than 2 months from the house getting listed, at above the listing price. Great value, a very good price, and minimal wear and tear on us after we put Joe in the driver's seat!!!

From the initial meeting to secure his services, we set out to tour open houses the same day. That evening, I found a house that was having an open house over the weekend. However, I did not want to wait until then. With one call I had an appointment at 8:00am the next day with the sales associate. She actually met me on her own time, as a favor to Joe. I am now writing this review from my new home. He acted with honesty and integrity. Although he was out of town post contract; he checked in with me several times a day to see if I had any questions. He also arranged a private inspection, which I found to be quite valuable. He has a great rapport with others in his industry. And has connected me with contacts to the services a new homeowner needs, once in the house. He made a very difficult time for me, into a new beginning in a beautiful new house.
