Shana made the experience of buying a home so easy. I was nervous going into it because there so much to consider when purchasing a home, but she broke all the information down for me and did all the coordination with inspectors, appraisers, title, and sellers. She listened to all of my concerns and things I wanted in a home and location. She refined the lists for the homes that best fit me so it wasn't so overwhelming. Courtney was the right choice for selling our home in Buda. After a less than ideal experience with our previous agent, it was obvious how important true local knowledge is. Agents coming in from Austin or San Antonio often treat Buda like an extension of their markets, but the demographics and buyer expectations here are different. Courtney understood that immediately and recognized the unique aspects of our property located in the downtown historic district of Old Town Buda.
