Laura was great throughout the whole experience of buying my new home! It got extremely stressful when the interest rates shot up and I had to sell my place in a short amount of time and Laura gave me much needed advice on selling my place with care and understanding of my frustration with the situation. She was also able to get the builder to drop an extra 10K. I highly recommend Laura as she was caring, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator! And even after closing, she’s still helping me out with anything that I need help or advice on.
