I am astounded by the amount of HARD WORK this person puts into her client's homes. She literally PAINTED the back of the house one day, just to make it look better. NO CHARGE. We were in the market for a new house urgently because our previous builder did not deliver. We were fortunate enough to happen upon Brandee, and she worked with us to purchase a house that same day. She is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We were living in another state so everything had to be done virtually- but this was not a problem for Brandee at all. She took us on a tour of the house via FaceTime and attended all of the inspections on our behalf. Additionally, she understood the challenges we were facing and helped us overcome them every step of the way. She is very professional and also very personable at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and I highly recommend her!
