Laura is 300 million stars-worthy! I feel so fortunate to have found her. I had the absolute pleasure of working with her and relocate here to Texas. Being a 1st time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect from the home buying process. Looking up things online and hearing about it from friends/family can be totally different to the experience you actually have. Lynne was very patient with us and answered all of the questions we had clearly and made it easier to understand. She was very professional but also personable. Courtney Lester helped me with the sell and purchase of my homes. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the market. Interest rates had just increased and she knew just where to price my home where it wouldn't sit on the market for an extended period of time. We had an offer that we excepted in seven days. When it came time to close on the home I was purchasing Courtney fought to make sure all items were taken care of before closing. Even after the closing she followed up with me to confirm that everything was fixed and I was satisfied with my purchase. I understand what it means when people say hire an experience real estate agent. Courtney went above and beyond for me. I honestly don't think my home would have sold as quickly and closing on my new purchase wouldn't have been as smooth as it was.
