Courtney helped with the sale of my home and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. She was knowledgeable of a shifting market and interest rates rising. She knew just where to price my home with out going to high and being talked down to a price below I was willing to do. In the process leading up to the sale Courtney helped in so many ways other realtors probably wouldn't. She helped plant flowers for curb appeal and helped pressure wash the front porch when the company I hired did a less than satisfactory job. She followed up with me weekly with updates and keeping me in the loop. Courtney was always professional. She was kind and sincerely cared and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The first and foremost thing for us is trust. Peggy is extremely trustworthy and that was important to us. She’s also very personable and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know something (didn’t happen often) she will tell you and then find out what you want/need to know. Laura was great throughout the whole experience of buying my new home! It got extremely stressful when the interest rates shot up and I had to sell my place in a short amount of time and Laura gave me much needed advice on selling my place with care and understanding of my frustration with the situation. She was also able to get the builder to drop an extra 10K. I highly recommend Laura as she was caring, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator! My husband and I were referred to Mabely by a friend and we are so glad we reached out to her to be our realtor. Mabely exceeded our expectations and made the home buying process extremely easy and fun.
