In the last five years, Lauren has helped my buy and sell three homes (buy two, sell one). I have worked with other relators in the past, but the customer service, advocacy and transparency I received from Lauren was above and beyond. Laurent went above and beyond helping us purchase an investment property for our daughter. The duplex we bought was the third transaction we worked with her on / the first two didnt work out. She worked tirelessly to keep this final deal together and moving forward. We ran into many hurdles during the process. I have no doubts in my mind that this deal would not have made it to closing without her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and tenacity. José worked very, very hard to prep my elderly mother's property for sale. He worked with me, power of attorney, and my elderly parents living on the other side of the country which couldn't have been easy! A construction lien was put on my mom's home after the sale went pending. It became a sticky and stressful situation, but José was able to get the sale completed in only a couple of days after the original expected closing date. Thanks for all you did, José!!
