In the last five years, Lauren has helped my buy and sell three homes (buy two, sell one). I have worked with other relators in the past, but the customer service, advocacy and transparency I received from Lauren was above and beyond. She took all the guess work out of buying/selling a home. She constantly went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best deal, and she always took her time to educate me along the way. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Laurent went above and beyond helping us purchase an investment property for our daughter. The duplex we bought was the third transaction we worked with her on / the first two didnt work out. She worked tirelessly to keep this final deal together and moving forward. We ran into many hurdles during the process. I have no doubts in my mind that this deal would not have made it to closing without her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and tenacity. She did an excellent job representing us and our daughter. Lauren is an extremely hard worker and very smart. I highly recommend her

José worked very, very hard to prep my elderly mother's property for sale. He worked with me, power of attorney, and my elderly parents living on the other side of the country which couldn't have been easy! A construction lien was put on my mom's home after the sale went pending. It became a sticky and stressful situation, but José was able to get the sale completed in only a couple of days after the original expected closing date. Thanks for all you did, José!!

Jose’ did the near impossible selling my home. Hurdles he jumped: Last minuet decision to sell. Owner (Me). too attached and not really wanting to “let go”. Home, garage and yard in construction disarray. A 144 page home inspection report. Unsettled divorce decree on title. Home “split” with cranky renter in daylight basement. Me requesting to “Rent-back” for 8 months. Only 1 open-house (again no staging). Chicken poop all over the everything. 1/3 driveway filled with building tools and materials. Jose’s home rental, flipping and managing experience was obvious as he guided me through decisions. With all the “loose ends”, there were at a hundred phone calls, maybe more for him, plus all the texts, but there was never a “lag” in response. Like a hound after birds. Did I mention I was out of town during the open-house and early stage of the process? I could tell he knew what I was going through, and he “smoothed” all the above issues for the buyers as well, because the buyers and I both are very happy, and I’m so thankful. I’d use him again without reservation.
