Highly familiar with the process, market, expectations, and our needs. So glad we found Jose. He was at an open house we were walking through and without hesitation, he started dropping knowledge on us and making suggestions. We were frustrated with a fairly hands off realtor. Jose was extremely professional telling us to notify our previous realtor and he would take over. Jose went to bat for us immediately. It was impressive without being too pushy at all. We are relocating to the area from out of town which made househunting exceptionally difficult. It did not feel difficult with Jose on our team.
