We were very happy with the communication and timeliness that we experienced with Hilary. She knew the area and market very well, and was very prompt at getting back to use with any questions about various properties, neighborhoods, etc. If she was not able to accommodate us on showing us a listing, she enlisted her partner to fill in to meet our timing requests. Once we landed on a property, she was very knowledgeable about how to approach an offer and counter offer, made the process seamless, and worked with us on every detail needed up to closing and beyond. she also had very good recommendations of service providers in the area.
