I came across Ray Feindt on facebook. I am so glad that I contacted Ray! My wife and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea what we were doing and it felt like I could not get any clear information out of anybody! That was put to bed as soon as I talked to Ray on the phone for the first time. He explained everything about CHFA and how the down payment assistance program works. I knew from the first conversation I had with Ray that he was going to be my real estate agent. Ray was not only very professional, but very in touch my families situation and what we were going through to stay in Douglas County. Ray did a great job throughout the entire process. This was the second home we have purchased through Ray and in the Denver market, it was very difficult to find a home we really like. But alas, Ray met us time and time again when we spotted a house that looked good until we finally found a winner. We were so extremely lucky to find Ray Feindt and have him as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and ray was extremely patient. We would find houses that we were interested in and Ray would always make time in his busy schedule to show us the home. There were definitely some speed bumps along the buying process, but Ray was there 100% of the time to speak up for us and make sure we were staying on track. We can't speak more highly of Ray and his knowledge of houses, real estate and the Colorado area.

If you don't have Scott as your Agent you are definitely missing out. I normally don't do reviews but I have to make this exception. My husband and I are very busy and don't have the time to run around town looking for houses the don't suit us. Scott found us our dream home on the second try. I have to say the first try wasn't bad at all we are very picky people! Scott was familiar with the neighborhood/ areas of interest and he was an expert on the home buying process.
