Ray worked with me on a new construction home from start to finish. I feel very fortunate, overall, that it was a very smooth process. We only encountered one hiccup where the builder added something that was not in the original contract. When I raised the issue, I didn’t have to do anything but be the decision maker. This was very busy time for me, and I needed all the help I could get. Ray stayed in frequent touch even when I was not always able to quickly reply. I appreciated the good communication, and even more so working on my non-traditional hours. This was my first home purchase so I don’t really have a baseline to compare to, however I really do not know how it could have gone more smoothly. Overall, I am happy and have no complaints.

I purchased a home with acreage, well, septic and a boiler all of which I was unfamiliar with. What she did not already know she researched and got back to me quickly. There were problems with the well and septic after inspection, she helped facilitate the fixes, which greatly reduced the stress I was feeling. Title suggested I get an ILC (Improvement Location Certificate) and I wasn't sure what that was. She explained it to me and why it would be beneficial for me to have. So glad I took her advice.
