Chris was a joy to work with for our first home buying experience. She always made herself available, showing homes around our busy schedule. My husband and I would highly recommend Kristen! Her guidance and knowledge helped us navigate this difficult market. She went above and beyond touring homes for us virtually when we weren’t available to do so in person, answering phone calls whenever we called and made this process seem seamless. Our first day of looking at homes in person, we put an offer in and were under contract in 24hrs. She helped negotiate and advocate for us with the sellers to help get items fixed in house and get things down quickly and fairly. We closed within two weeks of putting in our offer and already have $10,000 in equity.
