If I could give 25 stars, I would! Michelle did an phenomenal job helping me me sell a house was residing in Maryland. She gave me as much time and attention as I required (which is a lot sometimes), was incredibly patient, and also in tune with how the whole process was impacting me and my family emotionally. I sold my mother’s house for her “as is”. I had neither the time, desire, or the ability to paint, refinish, upgrade or remodel a house that had been ours for 65 years. Hope worked quickly providing comps and didn’t price it as if it were a dump even though it wasn’t perfect. It was priced to sell but within nearby comps. We had bonafide bids within 24 hours of listing and closedin under 30 days. Hope helped me through every issue that came up, she listened, had solutions and negotiated a deal that will allow mom to have the $$ to handle any future needs she may have. I wanted Christine to be our agent for selling our home, since she did such a good job when we bought it. She worked with us to make our townhouse ready to show. We did everything she recommended. When the date of the showing arrived, we were expecting maybe 5 or 6 show requests. We got over 30!! They kept coming in! We had over 50 showings and accepted an offer on the second day!
