Boy did we get lucky!!! We were moving to a new area and Joey was recommended to us by friends. He is just the greatest ~ friendly, easy going and highly competent! Joey helped us buy our new home in the South Hills and we enjoyed working with him so much that we asked him to sell our old one in the North!! That's almost unheard of being that us Pittsburghers don't like to cross the rivers:) Joey travelled an hour to our home in Mars for open houses and showings. He always responded promptly any time we reached out to him. His suggestions for improving the marketability of our home were in keeping with the current trends. Because of his expertise in the real estate market and his understanding of what new homeowners are looking for, we sold our home quickly and were thrilled with the price!
