Paige is an incredibly positive, helpful, and knowledgeable agent. We were planning to list as the market was shifting to a buyer's market and so had concerns about how long it might take to sell the property and if we could get the price we wanted. Paige helped us put together a plan, which included several strategic upgrades, and because we were no longer living in the area she happily stepped in to help find the contractors, make decisions that needed to happen on ground, and manage all of the moving parts that would've been near impossible to do from afar. Once we listed the selling process was a breeze as she guided us through pricing competitively, negotiations, and getting our first house sold above what we had initially thought possible. Can't recommend her enough!

This was anything but an easy sell. We ran into several issues along the way, including the first buyer backing out. With the second buyer during inspection, we hit some issues, but at no time did Paige get discouraged. She was constantly positive and knew exactly what we needed to do to alleviate every issue that came up. No joke at all, without Paige's guidance during this process, we probably would not have gotten our house sold. She is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough to someone looking yo buy, or selling.

I have to be honest, when I was thinking about selling my house, I wondered if it would be awkward using a friend as an agent or being strictly business and using someone else. And as a former real estate agent myself, I admit I over analyzed it, but in the end went with my gut and called Tom. And in this crazy market which was peaking when I listed, I knew that I had to find another house in this wild market. Stress doesn’t even begin to describe the feelings that set in…but fortunately Tom hit the ground running and it was pretty effortless for us. Long story short, house sold basically in a day and we went into search mode. Tom was always available to show us properties and on the tenth one we struck gold and found the one. Somehow, some way, we won the bid and everything fell into place and we had back to back closings. We are happy as two clams in our new home.😁😁

Tom being an Asheville native, had all kinds of relationships and resources that not only helped a ton, but saved us a LOT of money when we bought our house. He recommended that we ask the seller for things that we didn’t even know we needed. His relationship with a local builder allowed us to negotiate a price without having to enter a bidding war. And all the while he was upbeat, positive, fun and so enthusiastic about local real estate. He really is the BEST!
