Hello, Sorry for the delay, I have a Family crisis that took me out of the loop for the last 6 months. I really did not want to mention the fact that I did not expect to pay the closing cost after you telling me that the buyer agreed to pay all closing cost. I am not blaming you, i should have made sure this was true before signing all documents. Also, I was chastised through a text to me stating I was not taking this seriously, which I thought was very unprofessional. I took this very seriously.
