We were referred to Tracy by her broker when our first agent could not continue with us do to a personal emergency. Knowing we were ready to get our house listed, Tracy reviewed our status and committed to help us get our house listed ASAP - and WOW did Tracy follow through! From our first meeting onward, Tracy explained the current market conditions, made sure our listing was well-written and included numerous details from our kitchen & bathrooms remodels as well as HVAC updates we installed. Throughout listing, selling, closing process Tracy kept us informed and supported us with regular check-ins. Her response time to texts or calls is excellent. We were not her only clients, but her interactions with us made us feel as though we were. Once we had an offer, Tracy's experience was on full display. The buyer's agent was very new to real estate and Tracy provided some appropriate coaching to her industry peer to ensure the negotiations kept moving in a productive manner. Lastly after the sale, Tracy made sure the house and pool were cared for during the two week gap from our move-out until the new owners closed.
