This was our first home purchase and Heather helped make the process as simple as possible and always thoroughly answered all our questions in a timely manner. When the first house we were under contract with didn’t work out we were on a bit of time crunch and Heather made sure we had lots of showing scheduled the next weekend, so we were able to close before our lease ran out for our rental. Anthea was a first rate Seller's representative who assisted me from beginning to end of a difficult sale transaction process. A tenant was slow to relinquish control of the property and left it in undesirable condition with work that needed to be done before any showings. Anthea was extremely helpful in my prioritizing what needed to be done for a successful listing of the property. She then guided me through two escrow processes, the first one did not conclude the second one soon thereafter was skillfully managed by Anthea to a very positive outcome.
