Shauna is an amazing realtor! She is so thoughtful and easy to work with. We were purchasing a home in a different state and had to navigate a busy timeline with selling our current residence, packing, and moving to our new home across the country. Shauna set aside time in her schedule and dedicated several days towards helping us with our search, including sending someone to scout a house we saw but weren't able to visit in-person. As newcomers, Shauna also helped us understand the character of each neighborhood we were househunting in, as well as nearby amenities. She was flexible when we made changes and listened to our feedback to help us refine our search. Finally, she did an excellent job negotiating our purchase, giving us a home that we are SO in love with!! In addition to her excellence in real-estate, Shauna is also a really wonderful woman. I truly don’t know where to begin- but Kyle is 10000% the best person to buy a home with. We did 6 months of tours to figure out what we even wanted as first time home buyers - Kyle spent nearly every weekend with us it felt like trying to find our dream home. And let me tell you, I can be very picky and Kyle is 10x more patience which made this process feel truly like it was on our time and not his. He educated us after each day- sending up email recaps of what we saw and what we talked about. He had personalized searches sent to us daily and as if that wasn’t enough he would send us listing that reminded him of us! Naming each detail we wanted and confirming that the property had it. We closed on our home mid June of 2025 and got our dream neighborhood, floor plan , lot square footage, and most importantly nailed our budget. We now have a dream home with our being “house poor” with great rates and the most transparent loan I’ve ever seen. If I had to buy a home again? I’d do it with Kyle Lofgren!

Kelli was super patient and committed to helping us get the right property for us. She listened to what we wanted in a home and didn’t lead us to bigger and more expensive places. When the deal for our first place hit a snag after inspection Kelli put us being treated fairly over closing the deal. When we returned the following year quite certain we weren’t going to buy, she nonetheless took her time to show us potential options for the future. Lo and behold the right condo appeared and Kelli helped us lock it up quickly and effortlessly. She’s even offered to check in on the remodel as we’re pretty far away. Susan and I think the world of her, and hope to call her friend as well. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Parker to you with NO reservation. Best.

Took care of everything in getting the house ready for sale as we could not be there. Kept me informed of progress. Was well informed on the neighborhood.
