From the start, Tracy extremely expedient with our communications and answers to any and all "real estate" questions--i she did not know something, she researched it and came back with an answer swiftly.. She greatly assisted with finding local contractors to take care of the few repairs that we deemed necessary, and has remained in contact after Closing, so we can always come back to her with a question, should one arise. We highly recommend here, and indeed we may well use her services when we sell our old property.

1. This last purchase later this year, started the process to refi two properties and purchase 1 as a rental property in October of 2025: 2.
