Mamta has helped our family buy a very nice house. She has a lot of experience working all over the valley, specializing in properties in the NE-Scottsdale. She was very patient and always available to answer questions and to show properties as they came on the market. We highly recommend Mamta as a realtor. The Ranes

Buying a home can be daunting and almost scary, but Heather Macpherson made the process much more manageable. Heather showed us a variety of homes in our price range and was more than willing to speak with us regarding the benefits (and cons) of each, especially since she has seen more than a few "looks good on paper" type homes, which eventually start to fall apart.

We will hopefully be selling our previous home in the near future, and Heather will be our go to when we are ready. She is even keeping us up to date with current homes on the market in that area, just so we are aware of comps etc.

Working with Peggy is the best choice I made in finding a new home. She was patient in helping me find what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I made the best decision. Peggy has a gift for understanding people. She has a tendency to know exactly what people want even when they don't know it themselves. This was something I really appreciated as a first time home buyer! I highly recommend working with her. She created such a positive experience, worked with integrity, and knows the market exceptionally well. I never had one doubt working with her. She is trustworthy and looked out for your best interest, ALWAYS.

Bonnie represented me professionally with courtesy, respect, knowledge and empathy. She clearly knows the community, the region and market; both the selling market and buying market. Bonnie works hard, cares for her clients and is focused on her mission. She is unselfish with her time - if something needs to be accomplished regardless of day or time, Bonnie is on top of it and pushing to ensure deadlines are met.

If I had Phoenix property, I would ONLY consider Bonnie Sumida to be my agent. She has earned my respect.

John Heinecke - Colonel, United States Marine Corps, Retired.

Bonnie Sumida was terrific when I was searching for a new home. Her knowledge and expertise were exceptional! Bonnie was able to find homes that zeroed in on the perfect home for me in no time at all. Bonnie saved me several thousand dollars when it came to negotiating the purchase price. Bonnie was also very helpful when it came to getting a mortgage. Bonnie made the closing process very easy and was constantly following up to ensure a timely closing. I would recommend Bonnie to anyone considering the purchase of a new home!

Melissa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She kept us updated almost daily with reports on viewings, offers and negotiations. She was dead on with advice on the sale of the house. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Melissa is a true professional, with an incredible sense of the market, the trends, and how to make a sale happen. Her knowledge of short-sales (and the potential pitfalls/challenges) was invaluable, and impressive. She worked tirelessly to make our sale happen, paid close personal attention to our property, and she was a true pleasure to work with. A+++

Melissa helped us sell our home in record time. She gave us all the precious advice we needed to prepare our home before putting it on the market. While we were out of town Melissa ran an open house on the very first day our home was on the market and obtained multiple full price offers. The next day we received an offer well over full price!!! We highly recommend Melissa.
