In a way I got pushed off on her, since my current realtor was out of town. How lucky! The minute we met I knew it was a match meant to be. I would like to thank Anthea Zannis for being there with us from the first showing to the close of our new house. There was nothing more comforting than knowing our realtor was there when ever needed to guide us through the process. From the beginning the presentation and professionalism that she brought to the table astounded us and made it an easy decision to do business with her. The education and expectation she gave us in the beginning truly helped us zero in on the right property for us. Through the process Anthea was available to at any time of the day to discuss property concerns and loan initiation questions. During negotiations she did an excellent job mediating the process between us and the sellers of our now new home. She was on her “A” game at all times and I have to say we wouldn’t be in the home we are today without her! We couldn’t have asked for a better support partner through this long process. From going through the loan process once an offer is accepted you would think that a client would only be communicating with the loan officer and the realtor would pass the process over.
