Hersh's initial statement to myself regarding finding a home was: "If I can't find your ideal home within four or five, then I'm not doing my job". This stuck me as kinda strange because I wasn't all that familiar with the home buying process. He was right though the fourth home shown was perfect and the one I ended up buying! Along the way David Hersh was very professional and insightful, sharing his long time knowledge and experience in the business. He'll even tell you if you if he thinks you are making a bad decision and why. Over all I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience and interactions with David Hersh. Stacy sold my Dad's Phoenix home in record time with multiple offers. She acted as both the buyer and sellers agent, which isn't easy and handled it very professionally.
