Pat was very attentive to all my needs. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way to me. I was a “newbie” and she kindly and patiently walked me through all the steps. She sought and used every avenue to showcase my home, even bringing in other realtors to provide feedback and then acting upon that feedback. Pat was perceptive enough to sense when I was discouraged and knew how to encourage me. Her advice was spot on. She consistently stayed in touch with me and when I had to go out of town she kept an eye on my property and cleaned up after a rain storm.
