We had a difficult situation where we needed to sell our home, buy a new home and move into a specific area in a short amount of time during a volatile sellers market. Melissa helped shepherd us through every step. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful, helping us make the best possible choices. Melissa thought of everything right down to move-in day when she gifted us a bunch of snacks and other essential items for the new home. We needed many of those items as we were between 2 houses.
