It is difficult to find the right agent when looking whether to move to the area from an airplane ride away from Washington. Doug initially was not our first choice as he only focuses on the Long Beach Peninsula and we were looking at several areas along the Washington coast Columbia river. We can now say with confidence it would have been a big mistake if we did not sign on with Doug for our new home here in Ocean Park. Essentially a lifelong resident of the peninsula from his adult years, his local knowledge of the market, how it differs from more urban/suburban areas (unique in a sense), and ability to help us find the right home and get to a successful transaction was excellent. When first exploring potential homes on the peninsula, he was able to provide deep knowledge and history of the different towns and specific areas that helped us confirm the ideal home, including pros/cons and potential alternatives.
