Most of our experiences with Amy were pretty much as buying a house goes. Although, our house was on the market slightly longer than we anticipated. Amy was very helpful in setting up additional open houses. Also giving advice on possible things to help sell. Amy was constantly checking on us to see how we were doing. Always very professional and friendly. Which I personally appreciated since I totally understand she is a busy person. Once our house sold there was a slight problem which delayed it a few days. From start to finish, Amy was there for us when buying a house. We found our forever home, and thanks to Amy the buying process went very smoothly. I have young children, and they also loved her :) Whenever we were doing house stuff they would always ask, “Is Amy going to be there?” Her communication was on point!! Fast replies and documents always ready for us to go over. She ensured we understood what was happening along the way. Amy was absolutely amazing to work with. The quality of her work was top notch in EVERY aspect of the selling process. From start to finish-- Amy took great care of our family. She was punctual, professional, personable, and kind. She always stayed positive and motivated when it seemed like our house would not sell due to a unique house layout. She remained encouraging and worked so hard to help us sell. We were SO impressed by the pictures and videos her and the photographer took of our house. Amy was very easy to work with. I felt comfortable with her and knew that she was interested in finding the best home for me. Using the criteria that I gave her she sent me lots of listings to look through and she quickly set up walk throughs for me when I asked it of her. She handled all of the paperwork like the pro she is and even when we hit some bumps she worked it out for me. After the sale she continued to help me with referrals to other professionals for the work that I needed done on the house to make it my own. I definitely recommend her as a great realtor who knows her market.
