Brad did his research on homes in our area, walked through our house with us to help us get it ready to show and communicated well about times for showing the house. He communicated clearly through text and phone calls and was ready to meet with us when the offers started rolling in. He explained all of the offers and what each meant for us. It was great to work with someone who really cared about us.

Doug went over an beyond and made the whole process flow smoothly! I would highly recommend him! We ran into some funding stipulations where improvements needed to be made and he was on top of everything from recommending local contractors to following up to make sure everything was done in an acceptable manner. This was amazing since we are not local.

If you have a nice, simple transaction, I’m positive Lesley is great. If you have a messy transaction that includes double lots, non-paying tenants in one and a buyer who lives a few states away, she is EXCELLENT!! Patient, able to separate all the "strings", did extra legwork for me since she was my "eyes", and got the job done...even after a few last minute, surprise hiccups. And then after all ink was dry, she still was there to guide me and help with after sale issues and questions. Lesley, have I said THANK YOU, yet? When I'm ready to move in, I know I have also found an additional friend on the Peninsula! FYI - Lesley answered my original request on a different house, and then I kept peppering her with other houses found on Zillow. She went to everyone one, took additional photos to email me and gave me her opinion (even when I didn't want to hear it). During a really frustrating period for me, I was given the name of another realtor from a friend, who took two days to have her assistant call me back. I'm definitely 'Team Lesley'.

Over & beyond helpful! Very honest & intelligent & I always felt like she had all my best interests completely covered. She really seemed to understand what I was looking for and what it was going to take to get me moved over to this side of the State. Worked every angle to make my transition to this area smooth. This was a HUGE move. She worked with me and family members so that helped me. I could not be here so she went out of her way to work with my daughter and family too. She found storage for my belongings. She is a very kind person who understands my heart. I really appreciate that. Not many people out there like her. Both her and her husband are great people.

He was able to connect me with reliable electricians, plumbers and contractors. He made sure that each thing was done properly, even to the extent of crawling under the house several times. Doug did a great job for us during our search for and eventual purchase of a home on the Washington Coast. We were out-of-town buyers and Doug made the extra effort to shoot a short video of homes for which we had an interest. Once we narrowed the field, he helped us negotiate the sale and even helped us with useful tips on living in the area. Doug was great to work with. He was responsive to our questions and requests. Being long distance buyers he was particularly helpful by doing custom videos for each home we were most interested in. This proved to be invaluable. We have sold and purchased many homes in the last 7 years and Doug was the perfect realtor for this area as he know it inside out.
