Jake did a great job working with us and around our schedule and working hard to make sure we had plenty of time scheduled to look at each property thoroughly. He was always quick to find out any and all information to properly answer any questions we had. Jake was patient with us, whether it was dealing with my husband and myself and 3 children viewing a house or all 5 of us plus my family. He recognized the value of family to us and that finding the right house was about space for our family and location to extended family. I can't say enough about how wonderful Briana is. I moved here from another state. She made sure the house I bought was one that would be move in ready and fit my family. She looked at all the details that I needed. She made sure I stayed in my budget and have the money to move. And what a welcome we received. Even after the sell, she made sure we were happy and keeps in touch. She was there the day we unpacked the uhaul and still answers my calls for any questions I have. So many realtors have the money speaks attitude and drop you after they get their commission. She does not work that way. Brittany was right on it and got the showing booked. She stuck right by us and never pushed or rushed us. What I loved about having Brittany as our realtor was she never recommended houses that she knew we would not like. She always stuck to what out must haves were and wants. She gave us her honest opinion of what she thought of a house, including flaws that we may have missed. This helped up in the deciding factor of which house to settle on. We were introduced to Reyna when we were looking for homes in both Vancouver and Longview. She went over and above to understand our needs and budget as well as be in constant communication throughout the whole process.
