This was the first property we bought out of state. We were unfamiliar with the area and rural properties. Doug was very knowledgeable about septic system and well. He arranged for a septic inspection and helped us start the well pump which eased our anxiety. Dealing with the seller was a nightmare but Doug was very patient and professional.
