MaryAnn sold our daughter’s Kelso house a few years ago and it was such a good experience we wanted her to sell our Longview house. From MaryAnn’s first visit to offer advice on what needed to be done to get our house ready to sell, all the way to sitting with us at closing, the experience could not have gone better. She is knowledgeable, she knows how the market is moving. She had a calming presence during a stressful time for a seller. She set the listing price where it needed to be. She gave us regular updates on the number of showings and then walked us through the offers. I recommend MaryAnn to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

I can’t thank Bryan and his team enough for all the things he did for my wife and I in order for us to secure our new house! He went to extreme lengths working with my lender so we could close! This was the most extraordinary situation and he came out on top and was able to get it done. There should be no situation as difficult as mine was moving across the country, so rest assured he is a very experienced agent and has truly seen it all!
