What can I say? There are people you come across in your life who you become very thankful you meet. Amy brokered a deal for us to buy a new home, helped us find creative financing for it, then listed our old home. She worked incredibly hard to sell it and was extraordinary at every step. When it didn't sell as fast as we had hoped (the market turned right when we listed), it was very frustrating for all of us. While most people would move to a different agent and be upset things weren't moving quicker, I actually felt GUILTY knowing how much effort she was putting in and offered her an out. She refused (who does that?) and simply worked even harder to get the deal done, knowing she could have focused on other clients who had easier homes to sell. It's this kind of tenacity, focus, and now friendship that my wife and I simply marvel at. Feel free to find someone else to buy or sell your home but you won't find someone who is more honest, trustworthy, hard-working and caring than she is. In a business that's unbelievably competitive, it's comforting to know there are still people who honestly care about you and not just the money involved. Amy gave us some faith in humanity and I thank her for it. She's the best out there and choosing anyone else is a missed opportunity for you to experience the same.
