This summer Zach took on the challenge of selling our family home. We moved into the property in 1968 and the home had not been renovated in decades. He was extremely sensitive to our situation and could not have been kinder. Our father had recently passed away and it was time to sell. His positive personality and encouraging words were exactly what I needed at a difficult time. He bent over backwards to help with every aspect of the house I knew that he was available 7/24 if I had a question or needed something. He worked tirelessly to help us in any way possible. Zach did a great job on helping us find a house. It only took us about 2-3 weeks to find our home and put in the offer. He recommended that we submit a letter to the sellers as well, which I think is very important when buying a home. He did not take any short cuts and showed us any house we found in addition to the ones he found. He put no pressure on our decisions and got us any answers we needed. Very honest and upfront.
