Cyndi has been working with our family for years. She helped my mom and sister find their homes and helped us find ours! We had a very tight timeline and she was always made it a priority to help us see homes, sometimes multiple ones the very same afternoon! What we appreciated most was her ability to balance offering us pros and cons about a property while still remaining unbiased and making sure we felt comfortable with the house, our offers, and counteroffers. She will offer advice based on her experience but will always ensure you feel good about your decision. She also has a great network of people (lenders, painters, property managers, etc.) that she can recommend. Cyndi is very responsive, professional, patient, strategic, organized, and knowledgeable.
