When I discovered Shane online, he struck me as the sort of Realtor that would go the extra mile for his clients and I’m glad to say I was right about that. Shane has the sort of passion and dedication that can’t be faked and it makes him a joy to work with. He stuck with us through an extended house hunt in a tough market and went above and beyond time and again to find opportunities and to give us the best shot at each house we offered on. As out of state buyers, we needed extra support and he put in the time and energy to make us comfortable bidding on houses we couldn’t visit ourselves. He would go to each house and walk us through room-by-room over video, detailing the positives and negatives that he came across. It was super helpful. Once under contract, he again did everything he could to make the process move smoothly and get us through closing successfully. We couldn’t have done it without him and would highly recommend Shane to anyone else buying or selling in the area.

When it came time to sell our two-family house, with our daughter and her family living in the upstairs apartment, obviously, we had many concerns. How long would the new owners let them rent the apartment while looking for their house? How much would they charge them for rent? So many questions. Kristen came through with every needed arrangement for peace of mind so we were not rushed into finding new homes. Kristen Merritt has sold two houses for us. Both in record time with a better than expected return. All you have to do is listen to her suggestions as she is the professional. She always had an answer or suggestion if we had any concerns, keeping us calm with what can be an extremely exhausting and nerve-racking experience.
