I cant say enough good things about Shane... from the time we met until we closed on the sale of my house was about 6 weeks.. very fast... he was right on point with the value of my house and how we should go about listing, showing, and selling.. we had many hiccups along the way. none of which were Shane's fault in any way... any of which could of had the potential to kill the deal... Shane was able to navigate and come up with solutions quickly along the way and the deal went through as planned except for the closing was delayed for 1 week, due to all the hiccups... all things considered, Shane totally killed it!!!! he got me MORE than we listed for and most of the "special requests" I was asking for from the buyer... I'm the type of person that can be very difficult to please and with something as big as selling a home, there's virtually no chance of me being happy when all is said and done.. well Shane did that very thing!!! left me completely satisfied, VERY happy, and with a big fat check when we left the closing table... I cant thank him enough!!!

When looking to buy or sell in this crazy market, Shane is the Realtor you want to be working with! This can all be pretty daunting as a first time homebuyer but he made sure I was well informed every step of the way and never made me feel dumb for asking those "silly questions." He goes above and beyond for his clients and gives great advice - even if it's not what you want to hear, sometime's it's what you need to get a deal under contract. He helped me secure a house that's exactly what I was looking for and even negotiated a lower price with seller credit at closing. We worked with Kayla to sell our home & purchase a new home with more space for our large family.. going into the process we were worried how we could possibly align the process on both ends but Kayla truly helped us feel confident in the decisions we were making by making with her knowledge and insight. Whether it was showing our house while juggling our kids busy schedules, looking for a house over the hectic holiday season, dealing with our indecisiveness with the hopes of ultimately finding the right home for our family.. Kayla was extremely understanding and more than accommodating. Her knowledge in marketing and selling our house resulted in our having multiple offers to pick from, and from a financial standpoint that is obviously a great position to be in, but on a personal level and having a house full of children, it enabled us to sell our home contingent on finding a new home within a generous time frame. Having that flexibility, made our lives significantly easier, and we firmly believe her strategy going into the sale of our house set the groundwork for our sale and purchase to flow seamlessly.. As for the buying side, we had some parameters of what we wanted and others we weren't quite sure on initially, so it was definitely a bit of a process narrowing down what we truly wanted at first. She had great insight of different things to consider whether it was a new build or older home, and brought things to our attention we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. We were torn or indecisive on more than one occasion, but she was extremely patient with us and the anxieties of purchasing a home, one of the biggest decisions you'll make! Also extremely accommodating with our schedule, which was a huge bonus for both of us as working parents. Honestly we cannot recommend Kayla enough, and should we move or look to purchase an investment property in the future we will without a doubt be calling Kayla!
