We were traveling to NH to basically look around at were we'd like to purchase a house in the future. But as these things go we decided to tour some houses while we were at it. Heather was assigned to us through Trulia or Zillow I forget which. When she learned we were only going to be in the area for a few days she cleared her schedule and we went on a whirlwind of house tours. Heather was very responsive to our interests, recommended restaurants and hotels in the area and generally was like a new found BFF. We found "THE HOUSE" and purchased it $20K under asking! Heather also negotiate our purchase of a tractor and mower at the property again getting us significant under asking price. We would highly recommend Heather!
