I was referred to Bill by Realtor when (living in Virginia) I saw a potential property for my move to New England. Unable to travel at the time to see the property, Bill arranged to meet and tour the property with my daughter and by video (and was helpful, thorough and answered all my questions while they walked through.) He took those questions back to the seller agent and got back to me quickly. His recommendations regarding offer, contingencies etc were spot on. Arden took a subtle approach to our needs. We informed her that we were not going to look until after this summer. She sent us listings as they came up between our price range, but did not pressure us. If she did we would’ve cut ties with her. One of the listings she sent us we were very interested in and moved forward. We made an offer and she got that done even though we had a house sale contingency. We then had our place under contract with a VERY DIFFICULT buyer and agent. There were many difficult conversations with me not aimed at Arden but at the buyers agent.
