I had to vacate my apartment suddenly; I had a brief timeframe to locate a property I desired and finalize it before my move-out date. Encountering Bill was entirely coincidental; I had initially been scheduled with another agent who was unavailable for our meeting at that moment. Conversing with Bill feels akin to communicating with an old friend; he grasped my requirements and the urgency of the situation. The property he assisted me in acquiring is distinctive in several aspects and posed numerous challenges. I worked with three loan companies, while Bill was at the town offices seeking solutions. Thanks to Bill's assistance, I managed to finish days ahead of my scheduled moving date. At the closing I jokingly told everyone my moving truck had been booked in advance; the only distinction was relocating to a home or a storage facility. I was a pleasure working with Bill and looking to work with him again. Defiantly recommending him everyone I know.

I was referred to Bill by Realtor when (living in Virginia) I saw a potential property for my move to New England. Unable to travel at the time to see the property, Bill arranged to meet and tour the property with my daughter and by video (and was helpful, thorough and answered all my questions while they walked through.) He took those questions back to the seller agent and got back to me quickly. His recommendations regarding offer, contingencies etc were spot on. He stayed present while I worked through some financing issues related to condo financing and worked with the lender to answer their questions as well. Best agent I have worked with through 5 home purchases and sales and I can highly recommend him without reservation.
