Put my house on the market in October 2024. Had a contract signed, buyer had inspection done and the following day Cancelled the contract. Back to square one. Had several Open Houses and a lot of interested buyers but nothing happened. Linda worked diligently to get it sold as I had a Contingency Contrqct on a Condo I really wanted. Had my back through the entire process and finally a interested buyer who signed a contract and the deal was finalized and closed in February 2025. After everything is done now I can relax and enjoy my new home.

My journey began in October, 2024. My current house was on the market and Linda took me to look at Condos in the complex I was currently living in. I fell in love with the first one we viewed, signed a Contract with a Contingency clause and proceeded from there. My house finally sold in January and thought everything would be fine but that was not the case. There were several factors that became very frustrating and stressing me out. I honestly couldn't have gone through this experience without Linda as my rock. Intervening, calming me and reassuring me that everything would work out.
