Augusto was anything but amazing during this transaction. He sent me plenty of options in which he not only sent me the listings, but did research on location for prime investing locations in order to choose the right property. Once we found it, Augusto was able to negotiate the price for me and we closed timely with no issues .I highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond and he guides you through the entire process.

From start to finish this experience was incredible. First time buyer and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to work with. Full explanations and extreme transparency provided such a smooth purchase. She videoed my home, sending me updates via text/email, so I would see for myself if the cleaners/movers/tenant had done what i asked.
