Carol always had a smile on her face or in her voice. After the closing with us still up north, Hurricane Irma passed through and they volunteered to check on the property for us. One of the important features in a realtor is for the person to know the buyer's needs and desires, and not waste time and effort of showing properties which do not match those needs. Bill and Carol were excellent in meeting our needs. They were very informative about the area, were very attentive to our needs and never showed us a property which did not meet our criteria and were extremely helpful in assisting us in the decision making. Mike is a very personable guy. He was easy going with us through the whole process of looking for a 2nd home, gaining insight into our needs and wants after every home review. Being from out of town, we never were able to meet or look at homes during the normal work week or during normal working hours. We gained further insight into different locations and neighborhoods, helping us select and negotiate the house we bought. During a recent holiday when Mike was out of town, an associate of his (Martina) kept pace with all events and showed us homes as well, well representing Dockside Realty.

Our experience with Carol and Bill reinforces why I would never attempt to buy or sell real estate on my own. In this multi-step process Carol and Bill did not solve problems, they *anticipated* them. Their advice was always sound, and their expertise in this area and the real estate business evident. Phone calls, texts and e-mails were returned the same day...or sooner! We know they had other clients besides us, but they gave the impression that we were the most important things they were doing.
