Having met in Scuba Diving class in 1975 my wife Debbie and I knew we would always want to live in the warm South with a year round beach, golf and boating lifestyle. After 10 years of visiting and vacationing with our son in Murrells Inlet, My wife and I moved to Pawleys Island in 2016. We truly love the Pawleys Island area and make the most of all the Grand Strand has to offer. I am thrilled that my success has allowed us to have a boat that we keep in the marina in Georgetown with easy access to Winyah Bay, the Ocean and the 5 Rivers. I am proud to say I know more than most Realtors about tying in the beach, golf, boating and fishing lifestyle to the knowledge I have gained about Golf, Ocean, Bay and River Real Estate.

Mike is a very personable guy. He was easy...

Mike is a very personable guy. He was easy going with us through the whole process of looking for a 2nd home, gaining insight into our needs and wants after every home review. Being from out of town, we never were able to meet or look at homes during the normal work week or during normal working hours. We gained further insight into different locations and neighborhoods, helping us select and negotiate the house we bought. During a recent holiday when Mike was out of town, an associate of his (Martina) kept pace with all events and showed us homes as well, well representing Dockside Realty.
