This current market moves incredibly fast and to find plus afford the right property, you need the right real estate agent. Our choice was Donna Ogle with Realty One Group Dockside South. I discovered Linda thru a mutual friend. I came to the beach to simply scope out the area I was interested in. While here Linda showed me a couple of homes I might be interested in. Turned out found a great deal on a house, made an offer which was excepted. This was in March 2019. I retired & moved in Oct 2019. Linda was great to work with during the entire process. She was knowledgeable of the area. I needed a contractor & she referred one that worked out perfect for me. If I were to need an agent in the future Linda would be my first call.
