Jerry immediately notified me when a property meeting my expectations came on the market and resulted in an accepted offer on the property. Although he is new in the South Carolina market where state requirements for moving into the area are quite different, Jerry was helpful in overcoming obstacles. There were some timing glitches in closing and coordination with my move but Jerry was helpful in getting that resolved. He was very professional and proficient.
