This is the second time we have used Kim as our Realtor. She represented us as the buyer on one occasion and then as the seller. We have purchased over 4 homes so have experienced various agents and had become accustomed to sub par to mediocre real estate agents that is certainly NOT the case with Tanya. She makes you feel that you are her only client responds back to you at all hours of the day/night. Worked with Tanya for over a year trying to find the right home. She had so much patience. We were buying outside of the state so flexibility on our part was difficult and Tanya would go to potential homes FaceTime us and we would be able to rule out some homes. She knew what we were looking for in a home and the housing market in Myrtle Beach was extremely competitive.
