My first home buying experience was amazing because of Lucas. He made all my questions feel valid and always answered them in detail. He always replied in a timely manner. When we looked at houses, he had all information on hand and was able to get me in to see the houses fast. I ended up looking at a house that had been on the market for only 30 minutes. After finding a house that I loved, there was a Best and Final offer on the house which I didn’t know much about because it was my first time buying. Lucas was very friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process of selling our home. I had never sold a home before and there were a lot of things I didn't understand. Instead of brushing it aside, he did a very fine job of explaining what everything meant and making sure I understood before signing anything. We had a few hiccups with the closing day that were completely out of Lucas' control, but he still made sure to keep us up to date on everything that was happening. As the actual closing date drew near, I had a case of anxiety about pricing and payments and being able to afford our new home. Lucas kept very calm about everything and was able to break everything down for me so I could see a clearer picture of what was happening, and managed to calm me down.
