Lucas showed my a variety of properties over six months. Initially, we looked at smaller homes in Mason City, and eventually we closed on a acreage just outside of city limits. Lucas booked showings for every property promptly and in the exact timeframe I requested. I'd gladly work with Lucas should I ever need to move again.

Moved to Mason City in 2023 And Lucas made the transformation less of a headache for me. He is understanding, kind, and is not a big pusher. He's more laid-back kind of guy. But he will go out of his way to find the perfect his for you. Lucas won't disappoint you. Give I'm a call

Very easy to work with. Made the process easy and enjoyable. Found us a wide variety of properties to help us narrow down what we were looking for. Communicated with us anytime he saw a property he thought we may be interested in. Returned messages promptly. He took a short leave while working us during which he arranged for another realtor to show us 2 properties that had come on the market. He checked to make sure that all of our questions were answered. We found the perfect house. We will be listing our current house with him

Lucas was the agent that sold my house. He walked me through the process and was very thorough in explaining anything I needed to know every step of the way. We have used Lucas for selling and buying this year and I would recommend him to anyone!

He was very knowledgeable about the house and neighborhood. He explained it multiple times to all my siblings. Never once minded repeating himself. He wanted to make sure I was happy with my new home

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide me through this first time home buying process. I've known Lucas for awhile, before he was my realtor, he was my friend. He was always patient and kind even when we were going to go with a rental property instead of buying a house. Lucas is the perfect person to go through if you want a professional who can get things done. No matter how far down the line, as long as Lucas is in the realtor business, I will always do realty through him. Thank you, Lucas, for everything.

Lucas is an fantastic agent! Very friendly and experienced. Was very helpful with answering any questions about the houses and if he didn't have the answer, he was always quick to find out and get back to us. Was also very helpful in sending us houses we would potentially be interested in, and getting us in to see them in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.

It was a pleasure to work with Lucas on buying a home. He is fast to respond and quick to work you into his schedule for showings. He puts you in a comfortable and low pressure environment and is not looking to push you into anything if you're not really enjoying the house. He was always willing to answer questions and if he was unsure was more than happy to go to the sellers and find out any additional information on a property. I was happy to use Lucas and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Lucas did a great job for us. He showed us multiple properties on a Saturday that were scattered around the northern Iowa area. Once we settled on a choice, he was very good throughout the process answering all of our questions and keeping us informed.
