Lucas showed my a variety of properties over six months. Initially, we looked at smaller homes in Mason City, and eventually we closed on a acreage just outside of city limits. Very easy to work with. Made the process easy and enjoyable. Found us a wide variety of properties to help us narrow down what we were looking for. Communicated with us anytime he saw a property he thought we may be interested in. Returned messages promptly. He took a short leave while working us during which he arranged for another realtor to show us 2 properties that had come on the market. He checked to make sure that all of our questions were answered. We found the perfect house. We will be listing our current house with him

Lucas is an fantastic agent! Very friendly and experienced. Was very helpful with answering any questions about the houses and if he didn't have the answer, he was always quick to find out and get back to us. Was also very helpful in sending us houses we would potentially be interested in, and getting us in to see them in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.
