From day one Lucas took the time to explain what he could do in terms of advertising & marketing in order to obtain a successful sell of my house. He was always in touch with me during the list time, letting me know when the showings would take place & reporting back. He helped me buy my house last year and because of a great buying experience was prefect for selling our house. He found a buyer right away. And handled all the details from meeting the plumber and well tester to helping me thru using docu-sign. When the closing had to be pushed back because of issues with the buyer sale he was right on top of it and helping to get things back on track. This guy really makes you feel like one of the family going the extra mile.
