When we first tried to sell our home we used an “in-town” agent who wanted a 12 month listing agreement. Within those 12 months we never heard from him. We had to call him to get any updates. When the listing period expired, we still hadn’t heard from him. We had to ask numerous times just to get the key back. We then found Chantal and knew instantly that she was the right Realtor. She kept us informed, was always a calming force, understood the local market, and helped us with negotiations to get the job done and yet all parties felt like winners. We are very grateful to her. We highly recommend her!

I would recommend Julie to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. We recently did both with Julie and both transactions went seamlessly. She sold our home after only 7 days on the market. Julie coordinated contractors for minor repairs, called them for us, and she would have even met them to do the work on our home if we could not be there! She was absolutely amazing and I would definitely use her again!

If you want to sell your house, you have to work with Julie. She truly works hard for you to reach your ultimate goal. Selling a home isn’t easy. There is a tremendous amount of work that goes into it and it’s not convenient. With all that said, Julie expertly guides you through this process. She is there with you all the way to the end and beyond. Julie was always available to answer my many text messages and emails. I don’t believe we would have sold our home without her. First off, Tiffany knew the market and takes pride in her work. She wanted the best for me and cared. My situation was difficult. Selling a home with tenants and being overseas, I needed a realtor who was going to be available, honest, can close, and knew the ins and outs of property management. Investing in real estate in other states and countries for the past 20 years, I ask alot of questions. Tiffany knows her stuff. She focuses on all the details and was able to communicate clearly. My last experience with a realtor was not half as pleasant as working with Nina. I was looking for a piece of property in Golden Valley and ended up finding it on my own and the realtor I had aquired took almost two weeks to get back to me ànd then she basically went thru the motions and set it up. It fell out of escrow twice and I almost lost it and my earnest money. I only talked to her three times while in escrow for two months. I met Nina while looking for more property on my own. The property fell through but Nina said No Worries and we looked at places on line and set up some to go see so I met her at her office and went shopping. Some were what I was looking for but I wanted to see a few more so she drove to one at Valley Vista, just want I wanted! She aquirred the keys in less than a hour we checked it out and it was in escrow that week. She's real good at what she does and she is a workaholic. She even checked my perchase of my property I bought before I even met her and it was totally opposite of what the other realtor told me so we put it up for sale ,it was basically worthless to me. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Nina and I will let everyone know how professional and smart she is. You could not find a harder working and experienced realtor, she's real good!
